BTS Training recognises that it plays a vital part in developing your business and staff; providing access to good quality correctly specified and well delivered training and assessments.

The BTS Group recognised that existing training providers did not meet their specific business requirements and appeared to be failing to deliver elsewhere. Out of a strong desire to ensure that all BTS staff received the exact training that was needed and that it was delivered to a consistently high standard BTS training was formed.

To support our aim of 'total quality' a dedicated Management, Administration and Training team were created, drawing on years of experience within the Landbased, Utility and Health & Safety Sectors. This dynamic team has developed over the years and now includes leading trainers and experts with a national reputation for their skills and knowledge.

As our reputation for quality and cost effective training solutions developed, the demand from external businesses for the same standard of training became evident. In response to this, we offered a selection of training courses externally and were thrilled at the success we had. We are almost unique in the fact we directly employ our core training team. This is reflected in our constantly excellent centre verifications and higher than national average pass rates.

Our core strength is our experience and flexibility; ensuring the correct course and instructor are matched to your needs. This is complimented by the broad skills sets we are able to cover. Nowhere else will you find NPTC Chainsaw Units, Utility Arb Units, Arboricultural Operations, HV/LV/Hot glove, IOSH Health & Safety training serviced all by internal staff.

Today our aim is still total quality but with our involvement at a national level with the ever changing nature of education we are helping to plan the content of tomorrows training and thus help our customers stay one step ahead of their competition.
